1. General Information
- Evuhome Ltd. specializes in bedroom furniture, including wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, hall stands, desks, and bookcases.
- Products are available as flat-packed for self-collection or delivery, or with professional delivery and optional assembly services across the UK.
- Custom-made wardrobes are available for personalized design and functionality.
2. Orders and Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options listed at checkout.
- Order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
3. Delivery and Assembly
- All products are delivered by our team within 1-4 weeks of order confirmation.
- Assembly is optional and can be selected at checkout; if chosen, it is provided by our professional team.
- Customers must ensure safe and adequate access to the delivery location.
- If unforeseen challenges with access are encountered, additional charges may apply, or delivery may need to be rescheduled.
- After placing an order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. Notification Period
- For change-of-mind returns, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery or collection, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
4.2. Condition Requirements
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, undamaged condition, with all components, packaging, and tags intact.
- Flat-packed items must remain unopened or unassembled unless faulty to qualify for a change-of-mind return. If opened or assembled, returns may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
- Assembled items must be in original condition post-disassembly. Assembly and disassembly by our team incur additional charges for change-of-mind returns.
4.3. Return Process
- Flat-Packed Items: You must arrange return delivery to our warehouse using a 2-man insured courier service at your expense. If we originally delivered the item and arrange collection, we will deduct the original delivery charges, collection fees, and any costs for wear and tear from your refund.
- Assembled Items: Change-of-mind returns are subject to deductions for delivery, collection, assembly, and disassembly charges (quoted upon request based on item size, complexity, and location). We recommend inspecting thoroughly post-assembly to avoid these fees.
- Delivery and Assembly Costs: These are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, as the services are completed upon delivery.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting the item in acceptable condition. Any applicable fees (e.g., disassembly, collection, wear and tear) will be deducted.
4.4. Cancellations Before Delivery
- Standard orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery may incur a small operational fee to cover preparation costs.
4.5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Flat-Packed Items: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of any damage or faults. We will replace damaged parts free of charge.
- Assembled Items: Raise any issues immediately with our team during assembly or within 7 days post-assembly, supported by photos and details.
- Resolution: If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide free replacement parts, repair, or a full refund at no cost to you, including covering any return collection, disassembly, or re-delivery fees, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4.6. Custom-Made Furniture
- Items classified as custom-made or modified (e.g., unique configurations, finishes, hardware, or bespoke wardrobes) are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind, as they are tailored to your specifications.
- Exceptions apply only if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described upon delivery/assembly, in which case we will provide free replacement parts, repair, or refund.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, due to their personalized nature.
4.7. Important Notes
- Inspection Recommendation: Inspect your furniture thoroughly upon delivery or assembly to ensure satisfaction. Change-of-mind returns may incur fees as outlined above.
- Declined Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items showing signs of misuse, negligence, improper care, or alterations made after delivery/assembly.
- Self-Collected or Self-Assembled Items: If you collect from our warehouse and assemble yourself, returns follow the same policy.
- International Orders: Flat-packed international deliveries follow the same 14-day return policy, but you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. No assembly service is available internationally.
- Packaging Removal: Our team removes packaging after assembly, but for returns, items must be repackaged securely if possible. For flat-packed returns, original packaging is required unless faulty.
5. Warranty
- All Evuhome products, whether flat-packed or assembled by our team, come with a 2-year parts warranty from the delivery date.
- This warranty covers repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs made after delivery/assembly.
- To claim, contact us with proof of purchase and issue details/photos. We’ll inspect and resolve promptly.
6. Liability
- Evuhome Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or supply chain disruptions.
- We are not responsible for damages or injuries caused by improper use of our products after delivery.

- We respect your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
